A beautifully decorative vintage wall mirror with wonderful Art Deco styling, featuring a shaped scalloped silhouette, bevelled mirror-glass border and attractive shell-style metal clips. The mirror has a warm wooden backing and hangs from a rustic metal chain, giving it a lovely period feel while still being very usable in a modern interior. Board backing I believe may not be the original may have been changed?

The design is especially striking, with its curved upper edge, soft shield-like outline and faceted bevelled border that catches the light beautifully. It would look fabulous in a hallway, bedroom, dressing area, bathroom, vintage-inspired interior or boutique-style retail display.

The mirror appears to be mid-20th century in style, likely inspired by 1930s Art Deco designs. Similar vintage scalloped and bevelled wall mirrors currently appear around the £70–£150 range depending on size, condition and detail, with some comparable examples listed around £95–£120.
