Vintage probably 1950s could be earlier oak voltage meter I believe this is in working order but not tested the vault arm moves freely but really just a lovely decorative item 10 cm wide 6 cm depth 13 cm height

The first voltmeter was developed by Edward Weston in 1888. William Stanley also developed a voltmeter driven by a magnetic coil in the 1880s.
