Vintage Mid-20th Century Chester Sterling Silver Gilt Interior Pill Box. An absolutely stunning small silver 925 pill or possibly a vinegarette/snuff box. Unfortunately I can't quite read the Hallmarks. Some more research required.

This is high quality. It opens and closes with a lovely click. 

Gilded Interior. The warm gold tone inside is vermeil (gilt silver).
