Antique Victorian early 20th century or late 19th century very large ledger!
Antique Victorian early 20th century or late 19th century very large ledger! This incredible large, unused ledger would make a fantastic decorative display piece for interior decorators. The item the front and rear have very well made brass edge protectors and the book itself is covered in probably a velour of some type or similar material. There is a label inside for W & J Rounce London, probably the supplier.

It looks amazing displayed, see pictures, illustration only. Some age related wear, mostly to the cover. It may clean but personally I love the aged patina look.

The dictionary tells us a ledger is a book of accounts containing debits and credits “posted from books of original entry” [1]. Books of original entry contain the first records of a transaction—transactions that are then transferred to a ledger.
