After doing research we believe they are possibly Military, WW1/2 from around The 1930's-1940's and would have been used in the War for Military Operations. They have a rugged construction with a metal or plastic case to withstand rough conditions. They are designed to be reliable and functional in the field.
Length 9cm, width of the compass is 4cm.In the Centre it It Has a Quality Compass on One Side Stamped 'Germany' & a Signalling Mirror on the other. The Needle in the Compass Moves Freely & Works Fine.
