Sanenwood was a company and a material produced from a mixture of wood pulp and resin, starting in 1954 and ceasing operations in the mid-1970s. Founded to exploit a patent by Harold Sanderson, it was initially used for composite resin sheets like those found in trays. Later, the company, known as Sanenwood Products Ltd, diversified to sell other products with wooden handles, but these were made from real, treated wood.
