This charming vintage Milady confectionery tin was produced by Waller & Hartley Ltd., Blackpool, England, around the mid-1950s to early 1960s. A lovely example of post-war British packaging, it features a peaceful lakeside scene of a swan with her cygnets, printed in soft photographic tones that reflect the era’s fascination with domestic tranquility and nature.

The tin is finished in deep green with white lettering reading “Milady – Confectionery of Quality” on one side and “Waller & Hartley Ltd., Blackpool, England” on the other. Its rectangular shape with rounded corners makes it both elegant and practical, originally designed to hold assorted sweets or toffees.

All items listed on Objet D'Art Stuff are antique, vintage, or pre-owned, meaning they have been previously used and loved. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Charges are based upon the size and weight of the item you have purchased and are in line with Royal Mail and/or Yodel shipping rates for the UK. We do not offer in-store pick up or local delivery.
