Antique early 1900s probably Victorian victory v lozenges tin absolutely stunning rare to find in this condition with the lid etc no dents etc some minor age related wear and fading but what an amazingly detailed item stands 29 cm tall 16 cm at base we have several tins for sale may sell in pairs group or as a whole please contact us for pricing etc price is for tin only all other items are illustration only 
The Victory V sweets were made in the town called Nelson, Lancashire back in the mid-1800s. They got their name from Horatio Nelson's flagship, HMS Victory (seen on one of the tins). By the 1920s the Victory V lozenges were sold throughout the world and remained popular for many years.
