Vintage Watercolour Kittens with Poem 1930
A rare and unique opportunity to own a sentimental piece created and gifted with love. This truly is one of a kind. 
13 cm wide 18 cm long 
The artwork depicts two kittens with expressive, wide eyes and detailed fur, suggesting a soft and fluffy texture. The kitten on the left has brown and white fur and is adorned with a blue ribbon around its neck, while the kitten on the right has darker fur, primarily shades of grey and black. The background is a light, solid colour, likely intended to highlight the kittens. The piece is signed with the initials "A.C.S." in the lower right corner. The style appears to be a realistic and delicate watercolour painting.
The art is accompanied by an inspirational quote, seemingly written by an L Just. 
In addition a short poem has been composed and lovingly signed, 'Aunt Bertie'. A guess is that Bertie is short for Alberta which would correspond with the initials starting A on the painting. 
Research suggests this is American, clearly 1930s but that is all we could find out.
