This original XYLOTOX dental anaesthetic box was produced by the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, Ashley Works, Ashley Road, Epsom, Surrey, and dates to the early–mid 1960s.

The box retains its original internal compartment grid and embossed insert card reading:
