Antique early 20th century metal fire proof deed box E.B.S with key !!!

This unusual smaller size deed box has the letters E.B.S in gold leaf hand marked in lid, with the original key. All works, locks etc. Very rare. It has 2 sturdy handles to sides. There is a small red - we believe - wax mark, probably from the stamp of the owner. It could easily be removed but personally I love it! Some more research may find more information on owner.
