S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd. was a company of wholesale manufacturing goldsmiths and jewellers, founded in Bristol in 1826 by Solomon Blanckensee. Initially trading in Bristol, the company relocated to Birmingham shortly after. They became a limited liability company in 1887, taking over the existing business. The company had both ordinary and preference shares, with a mortgage on the company.

Blanckensee initially partnered with Saul Samuel, trading as Blanckensee, Samuel & Co., and also with Simeon Joseph and Elias Samuel in Melbourne, Australia, under the name Joseph, Samuel & Co.
