Welcome to our FAQ page! We've compiled a list of the most common questions we receive from our customers to help you find the answers you need quickly and easily. How do I make a complaint?We are really sorry to hear that you need to make a complaint. However, we understand that things don't always go according to plan despite everyone's best efforts. In the first instance it might be worth checking our consumer protection page https://www.objetdart-stuff.co.uk/disclaimer If that doesn't answer your question then please do get in touch with us. If you purchased an item through either Ebay or Etsy, you will need to raise your concern via that platform. They have a dedicated process to follow and they will help us to mediate and resolve your issues. If you purchased an item directly from our website store then in the first instance please send an email to objetdart.stuff@gmail.com setting out details of the item you purchased and providing your purchase invoice that you received when you placed the order. We aim to respond to your initial email within two working days. Hopefully, we can resolve your concerns, but if we are unable to we may use the services of a third party mediation service provider, details of which will be provided to you at the appropriate time.

Do you accept offers?Although we are online only we are happy to accept offers, just as if you were in a physical antique store. If you are interested in a particular item and wish to make us an offer please send us an email, live chat or fill in our contact form. All our items are on Ebay and Etsy as well as here on the website. The price of the item will be the same on all platforms, but the discount we can negotiate may differ across platforms because of third party fees and costs.

If an item is out of stock will more be coming in?No. All the items are one offs and so once an item has sold and goes out of stock, it will not be available again. If you are looking for something special let us know. When we are out and about on our travels we'll keep a look out for you! But, some items on the website are marked as unavailable as they can be found at our physical store in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Contact us to find out which ones.

Can I create an account and save my favourites?We have account facilities for you to be able to keep a note of your favourite items by creating a wishlist, and to check current and previous orders. If you make a purchase, you become a member of our Happy Antiquers club to receive our quarterly newsletter and be among the first to hear of new discount codes. You are free to opt out at any time. We do not store personal/transaction information and so unlike other e commerce stores, we do not expect you to set up an account or a shopping list, or a favourite section. We don't want you to be bombarded with marketing stuff you don't want, or be remembered if you don't want to be! We do keep a record of your name, email address, postal address and telephone number (if you shared it), if you make a purchase with us or sign up to receive our newsletter. See our privacy policy for how we protect your information and how you can request for it to be deleted if you do not wish to receive further mailing from us.

Do you charge for postage and packaging?We do charge for shipping an item. Antique and vintage items need a little more careful handling than most things. We take a little extra care with packaging so we can ensure as much as possible that the item is safe. The cost of the UK shipping is based upon the overall weight and size of the item you have bought. International shipping costs are calculated on a flat rate which will be calculated firstly by weight and size but also by where in the world you are. A handling charge is added to international items as we take out extra insurance. The shipping cost will be added at the checkout stage so you can see the total cost of your order.

Where do you ship to?We ship to mostly UK destinations but offer international shipping too. If you are really interested in an item, but you are situated outside of the UK Mainland, get in touch with us before you complete your purchase, so we can confirm the likely international shipping charges before you reach checkout.

Are discounts available?The prices at which our items are advertised are considered to be competitive. However, if you would like to make an offer on a specific item you are welcome to email us or send a message via live chat and we will consider your request. If you sign up to our mailing list and shop from the website you also receive a discount code offering at least 10% discount on your first purchase. Sign up to our newsletter and mailing list to be the first to receive future discounts and offers.

Where can I shop for ObjetDart-Stuff?Objet D'Art (That's Stuff to you and Me!) have four main online channels to find our store items. You can shop via our Ebay Store, Etsy Store, Google Merchant store or via our dedicated website. If you shop directly from the website you get the benefit of having the option to use a discount coupon and receive from 10% off your purchase. The choice is entirely yours! If you prefer to visit a physical store, we have a small selection of stock in Church Street Antiques in Market Harborough, LE16. Items in store must be paid for in store and collected at point of sale. These items are not available to purchase via the website.

How do I know my payment details are safe?We have done everything we can to ensure that the platform we use is completely secure. We offer several ways to pay and you can choose the one your are most comfortable with - PayPal, Credit Card, Debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We recommend choosing PayPal for the extra reassurance that your money is being handled carefully by a trusted source. We DO NOT save your credit or debit card details beyond checkout, so once you have paid for your item and checked out your details will disappear. We do not have account facilities so we do not store personal/transaction information. We do keep a record of your name, email address, postal address and telephone number (if you shared it). Do you deal with Traders?Yes. We are happy to deal with traders. It's probably best to get in touch with us directly if you are a trader so we can discuss your requirements and find out how we can 'trade' with you in a way that works for us both.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?Yes! We have a limited selection of our stock for sale at Church Street Antiques in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Items in store are not for sale on the website. We are predominantly an online store. We appreciate that this is unique and so we try and make our pictures and descriptions as detailed as possible. But if you want more details about an item (even how the item smells! - yes we have) you can always send us an email request.

How do I find out when my stuff will arrive?Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. If it has been longer than this, email us with your order details and we will see if we can track its progress. We'll always provide a tracking number when you make your purchase, so you can follow your antique item's journey.
