These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of gift cards issued by Objet D'Art Stuff (www.objetdart-stuff.co.uk). By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the following:

1. Redemption:

 

Gift cards can only be redeemed against purchases made on www.objetdart-stuff.co.uk.

They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

​

Gift cards are applied to the total order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

2. Expiry

​

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

​

Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

3. Purchase and Delivery

​

Gift cards are available in digital format and will be delivered by email to the purchaser or a designated recipient.

Please ensure the email address provided is correct, as we are not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect email address supplied at the time of order.

4. Balance and Partial Use

​

If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid using another payment method.

​

If your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases until the expiry date.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

​

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

Items purchased with a gift card can be returned according to our standard returns policy. Refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

​

Please treat your gift card code as cash. We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

7. Fraud

​

Objet D'Art Stuff reserves the right to cancel a gift card if we believe it was obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

Objet D'Art Stuff reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary.
