How can I file a complaint?We're sorry to hear you're unhappy. First, check our consumer protection page at https://www.objetdart-stuff.co.uk/disclaimer. If that doesn't help, contact us directly. For eBay or Etsy purchases, follow their complaint process. For items bought from our website, email us at objetdart.stuff@gmail.com with your purchase details. We aim to respond within two working days. If unresolved, we may use a third-party mediation service.

Is it possible to make an offer on an item?Yes, you can make an offer on an item. Email us, use live chat, or fill out our contact form. Our items are listed on eBay, Etsy, and our website. Prices are the same across all platforms, but discounts may vary due to third-party fees.

Do you restock out-of-stock items?No, our items are unique one-offs. Once sold, they won't be restocked. If you're looking for something special, let us know, and we'll keep an eye out during our travels. Some unavailable items on the website can be found at our physical store in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Contact us for more details.

How can I save my favourite items?Yes, create an account to save your favourite items by creating a wishlist and checking current and previous orders. When you purchase, you join our Happy Antiquers club, receiving our quarterly newsletter and early access to discount codes. You can opt out anytime. We keep a record of your name, email, postal address, and phone number (if provided) for purchases or newsletter sign-ups. See our privacy policy for details on how we protect your information and how to request its deletion.

Do you charge for postage and packaging?Yes, we charge for shipping. Antique and vintage items require extra care in handling and packaging. UK shipping costs are based on the item's weight and size. International shipping costs are calculated on a flat rate, considering weight, size, and destination. A handling charge is added to international items for extra insurance. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Where do you ship to?We ship to mostly UK destinations but offer international shipping too. If you are really interested in an item, but you are situated outside of the UK Mainland, get in touch with us before you complete your purchase, so we can confirm the likely international shipping charges before you reach checkout.

Are discounts available?The prices at which our items are advertised are considered to be competitive. However, if you would like to make an offer on a specific item you are welcome to email us or send a message via live chat and we will consider your request. If you sign up to our mailing list and shop from the website you also receive a discount code offering at least 10% discount on your first purchase. Sign up to our newsletter and mailing list to be the first to receive future discounts and offers. We also have various coupon codes available on a regular basis. For example, open an account and let us know when your birthday is and we will send you a discount code so you can treat yourself for the special occasion!

Where can I shop for ObjetDart-Stuff?Objet D'Art (That's Stuff to you and Me!) have four main online channels to find our store items. You can shop via our Ebay Store, Etsy Store, Google Merchant store or via our dedicated website. If you shop directly from the website you get the benefit of having the option to use a discount coupon and receive from 10% off your purchase. The choice is entirely yours! If you prefer to visit a physical store, we have a small selection of stock in Church Street Antiques in Market Harborough, LE16. Items in store must be paid for in store and collected at point of sale. These items are not available to purchase via the website.

How do I know my payment details are safe?We have done everything we can to ensure that the platform we use is completely secure. We offer several ways to pay and you can choose the one your are most comfortable with - PayPal, Credit Card, Debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We recommend choosing PayPal for the extra reassurance that your money is being handled carefully by a trusted source. We DO NOT save your credit or debit card details beyond checkout, so once you have paid for your item and checked out your details will disappear. We do not have account facilities so we do not store personal/transaction information. We do keep a record of your name, email address, postal address and telephone number (if you shared it). See our privacy policy for how we protect your information and how you can request for it to be deleted if you do not wish to receive further mailing from us.

Do you deal with Traders?Yes. We are happy to deal with traders. It's probably best to get in touch with us directly if you are a trader so we can discuss your requirements and find out how we can 'trade' with you in a way that works for us both.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?Sorry, no. At the moment we are solely online. We appreciate that this is unique and so we try and make our pictures and descriptions as detailed as possible. But if you want more details about an item (even how the item smells! - yes we have) you can always send us an email request.

How do I find out when my stuff will arrive?Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. If it has been longer than this, email us with your order details and we will see if we can track its progress. We'll always provide a tracking number when you make your purchase, so you can follow your antique item's journey.
