Vintage Artisan Studio Pottery small lidded bowl

This is a unique handcrafted item. Best described as a lidded bowl with a looped handle and small feet, featuring a glazed finish with a blend of orange, lemon and green hues. It is most likely that this pot has been made by a ceramics artist who has marked the base with the initial, 'G'. It is a piece of fired, studio pottery, the shape reminiscent of a bee hive. One can imagine it being used for honey, spices or sugar.
