Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) of receiving your order 'without undue delay'. You will receive a notification email when your order has been received and another notification when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be supplied to you once the item has been dispatched.

Please allow for any potential delays due to a high volume of orders, seasonal (e.g Christmas) effects or postal/courier service problems that we may experience. If you are concerned about where your stuff is, please send us an email in the first instance to customerservices@objetdart-stuff.co.uk

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Charges for items shipped in the UK are based upon the weight and size (L x W X H) of the item you have purchased and are in line with Royal Mail shipping rates for the UK or third party courier rates.
 
The default shipping method is Royal Mail 48 Tracked. For larger items Parcelforce UK is our preferred courier for UK orders and USPS for US orders. One of these shipping methods will be used unless the customer specifically requests an alternative. We cannot guarantee to use the customer's requested courier if we feel that the item would be safer in transit another way.
 
Charges for items shipped internationally are calculated at a flat rate for small to mid size items and an agreed rate for large, fragile or bulk items. For an item which is oversized and/or weights up to 30kg postage is calculated individually depending upon the location of the buyer. To get an estimate of the likely courier charges for an oversized item please contact us before confirming your order at checkout.

We do not offer in-store pick up. It may be possible to provide local delivery if the destination is within a 10 mile radius of our storage facility. On receipt of an order we will check the destination and if local delivery is possible we will contact the customer directly to arrange drop off.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your UK order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservices@objetdart-stuff.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow up to 28 days for international deliveries.
