Some age related wear 
In the mid-19th century, Huntley & Palmers became one of the first companies to use lithographed tins to package their biscuits, which helped boost their popularity and sales. The tins often featured intricate designs, which made them desirable as collector's items and for reuse. This lovely design shows a crab apple design.
The company expanded its operations globally, exporting biscuits to various countries and establishing a significant presence in the international market. By the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Huntley & Palmers had become one of the largest biscuit manufacturers in the world.
