Vintage pottery/clay decorative hand pump very unusual

Vintage pottery/clay decorative hand pump very unusual!! This fabulous item is unusual being made of clay / porcelain as it is usually cast iron. It is so very light in weight and has been over painted and left outside, to get that great aged look !!!! Great decorators piece which can be indoors or out see pictures - illustration only.
