Vintage 1940s / 50 railway carriage dining room hand made wooden sign original !!!!! Not reproduction. This original railway carriage sign would have been used in possibly a steam train to show passengers the way to the dining room. You can see this is totally original. The letters have been hand cut from wood, painted, and then tacked on using small metal racks ( not screws ). Unfortunately there is some paint flaking (see pictures) - personally I love that original look. but with some careful work, it could be re touched in still maintaining that original look. Without the flaking this item would be hundreds. We have priced accordingly.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Charges are based upon the size and weight of the item you have purchased and are in line with Royal Mail and/or Yodel shipping rates for the UK. Internationally shipping costs include a handling charge and any excise duties for the country of destination.

We do not offer in-store pick up or local delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
