This is a lovely quirky vintage Crocodillo / Crocodilo Wine Aperitif miniature bottle, likely dating to the late 1970s–1980s. The label style, typography and “Wine Aperitif” wording fit that fun period of sweet, sparkling, ready-to-serve aperitif drinks, and there is an online reference to a 1981 Crocodillo advert, which supports an early-1980s item.

A wonderfully nostalgic little piece of 1980s bar and drinks advertising, this vintage Crocodillo Wine Aperitif miniature bottle has real retro charm. With its deep green glass base, cream-coloured neck covering, red Crocodillo script and colourful “Wine Aperitif” shoulder label, it captures the playful aperitif culture of the late 20th century beautifully.

The bottle is marked to the base and appears to be a small-format 200ml Crocodillo aperitif bottle, with embossed detail to the underside. The decorative label includes the wording “Wine Aperitif” and the distinctive Crocodillo branding, making it a lovely little display piece for a home bar, drinks cabinet, kitchen shelf, vintage advertising collection or retro 1980s display.

Condition is attractively aged, with visible wear, marking and discolouration to the paper/foil neck label and shoulder label, as shown. This wear gives it an authentic “found in the back of the drinks cabinet” feel rather than looking reproduction or modern. The green glass presents well, with general age-related surface marks.
